About the role

  • This position is also responsible for the cleanliness of the general plant area, with an emphasis in the hand-add area.
  • Stage and organize ingredients for mixing operators as indicated on mixing sheets.
  • Ensure that storage bins and containers for ingredients are always labeled.

  • Overview This is an entry-level position responsible for the hand-add operation and providing back-up support to other roles.
  • Operate forklifts to support production.
  • Functionally cross-trained in other support roles.
  • Clear documentation of batch records to maintain traceability.
  • Perform general clean-up inside/outside hand-add and finished product area.
  • Perform repetitive tasks (e.g. grasping objects, fine manipulation, push/pull, assemble objects, etc) with both hands.
  • Provide back-up support for other roles as necessary.
  • Perform critical thinking and troubleshoot.
  • Occasionally perform overhead lifting of objects weighing up to and including 50 pounds, with or without assistance.

Compensation

  • Compensation Min USD $17.00/Hr.
  • Compensation Max USD $17.50/Hr.
