About the role
- This position is also responsible for the cleanliness of the general plant area, with an emphasis in the hand-add area.
- Stage and organize ingredients for mixing operators as indicated on mixing sheets.
- Ensure that storage bins and containers for ingredients are always labeled.
Responsibilities

- Overview This is an entry-level position responsible for the hand-add operation and providing back-up support to other roles.
- Operate forklifts to support production.
- Functionally cross-trained in other support roles.
- Clear documentation of batch records to maintain traceability.
- Perform general clean-up inside/outside hand-add and finished product area.
- Perform repetitive tasks (e.g. grasping objects, fine manipulation, push/pull, assemble objects, etc) with both hands.
- Provide back-up support for other roles as necessary.
- Perform critical thinking and troubleshoot.
- Occasionally perform overhead lifting of objects weighing up to and including 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
Compensation
- Compensation Min USD $17.00/Hr.
- Compensation Max USD $17.50/Hr.
