About the role
- Able to work in person at our San Francisco office at least three days per week
Responsibilities
- Operate with real ownership and accountability in an environment where there are no bystanders: If something is broken, we fix it! You will have meaningful autonomy and be expected to drive work to completion.
- As a technical leader, you'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of major technical initiatives in our AI stack--from system design to deploying the code you've written.
- Launch product areas: collaborate closely with go to market and research and development to bring new products to market.
- Scale product areas: own the quality and velocity posture for a cluster of products and features.
- We operate as a championship team, and that means being ok with hard, uncomfortable, ambiguous problems that lead to real greatness.
- You will have meaningful autonomy and be expected to drive work to completion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years architecting backend systems
- Track record of leading cross-team initiatives, scaling products and systems, and driving product outcomes
- Experience with React or similar frameworks helpful
Skills
- Skilled in TypeScript, Python, Go or other similar programming languages
