- Your Role on the Team As a Maintenance Technician II at Invitation Homes, you will be performing high-quality maintenance work in our single-family rental homes while providing outstanding customer service to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Completing regular ProCare visits in residents' homes to perform proactive maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- Perform required work while demonstrating respect for resident's home
Compensation
- $22.21 - $38.50, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
