Responsibilities
- We're currently in search of an affable, creative, and accommodating Lead Bartender, with the chops to win multiple mixology awards and the exuberance to provide guests a memorable, mood-lifting experience.
- Ability to train team members to implement SOPs for the bar operation.
- Ability to create detailed nightly reports of staff performance, clientele incidences, and maintenance issues.
- The purpose we live by impacts the lives of our team members, drives the experiences for our guests, builds community with like-minded travelers and takes care of the planet we live in.
