Responsibilities

  • Support Compliance Projects
  • Support internal and external audits (such as SOC 2) by collecting evidence, organizing documentation, and helping respond to auditor requests.
  • Partner Across the Business
  • Build relationships with internal teams to understand their work and identify where they need compliance support.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines at once.
  • High attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work.
  • Strong working relationships with partners across the business.

Requirements

  • Investigate potential trademark infringements, gather evidence, and report to the required entities.
  • Escalate internally and externally when required.
  • Prepare and complete required regulatory filings accurately and before deadlines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, privacy, or a related role, ideally in a tech, telecom, or other regulated environment.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to privacy regulations such as PIPEDA or CCPA, trademark basics, or training coordination is a strong plus.
  • Experience with GRC or compliance management tools, Jira or Confluence, or security awareness training platforms is a plus.

Compensation

  • CAD $67,000 - $96,000 annually
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
