About the role
- Ready to do the most impactful work of your career?
- The bar is high, the environment is intense, and we like it that way.
- This isn't a place for complacency, it's a place to be pushed past your perceived limits.
Responsibilities
- Own trading UX end-to-end across web and mobile platforms, independent of any single product or instrument, from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration.
- Identify high-impact opportunities in trading flows by drawing on your own trading fluency rather than needing to be coached on fundamentals.
- Define and execute a roadmap of trading platform improvements, scoping work with engineering, design, and data teams to ship against clear milestones.
- Run experiments and define metrics to evaluate trading flow performance, using data to continuously optimize product decisions.
- Demonstrated trading or trading-product fluency (brokerage, market-making, institutional trading, or derivatives) sufficient to independently assess trading flow design and platform nuance without onboarding ramp on trading fundamentals.
- Track record of partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to ship complex, high-visibility features from concept through post-launch iteration.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
- If you're ready to build the future of finance alongside people who refuse to settle for "good enough," you belong here.
- You'll bring deep trading fluency from day one, using it to identify the problems and nuance that matter most, and partner with engineering and design to ship improvements that raise the bar for what a trading platform can be.
