Responsibilities
- You lead impactful investigations and actively contribute to a strong speak‑up culture in an international environment.
- You lead end‑to‑end compliance investigations - from intake through to conclusion and reporting
- Together with Legal, HR and Internal Audit, you drive consistent and compliant resolutions
- You identify trends, strengthen preventive measures and actively support training, awareness and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Audit or a related field forms your academic background
- Several years of experience in investigations, compliance, legal or audit, including managing complex, cross‑border cases
- Strong analytical thinking combined with the ability to understand complex interdependencies and the bigger picture
