About the role
- Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Concerted Care Group Healing Minds.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
- You'll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.
- You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.
Nice to have
- EMDR experience is highly preferred
Compensation
