About the role
- Job Description Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Sr.

- The annual base salary range for this position is from $100,000-$125,000.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end production execution for the Women's Intimates business, ensuring product is delivered on time, meets quality and costing expectations, and aligns with business priorities.
- This role is responsible for driving production readiness, managing vendor performance, maintaining visibility to risks, and partnering cross-functionally to support successful commercialization and delivery.
- Create, manage, and drive the production calendar for Women's Intimates
- Maintain accurate WIP visibility across vendors and production stages
- Track monthly projections versus actual units placed in efforts to support vendor capacity and the growing business
- Partner with vendors to resolve production risks, delays, and execution issues
- Ensure manufacturing partners consistently meet Savage X Fenty standards for delivery, quality, cost, and operational reliability, while identifying opportunities to improve supplier performance and support sourcing strategy decisions.
- Partner closely with Product Development, Design, Tech Design, Fabric, and other internal teams to support production readiness
- Work cross-functionally to support factory capacity booking and production planning
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and speed in decision-making
Requirements
- Vet and support onboarding of new vendors and factories, including required setup and documentation
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this position is from $100,000-$125,000.
- The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role.
