Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, schedule, and support night-
  • Oversee facility maintenance, repair, and upkeep for critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, security, fire/life safety, and general building infrastructure.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance programs using work order processes and maintenance management tools to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, environmental standards, safety procedures, and applicable building codes.
  • Manage vendor and contractor activity for specialized repairs, inspections, services, and projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
  • Monitor facilities budgets, supplies, repair costs, and resource utilization to support cost-effective building operations.
  • Maintain accurate records for maintenance activity, inspections, incident response, vendor work, and compliance documentation.
  • Partner with day-
  • shift communication, and continuity of facility support.
  • Support site security protocols and building access procedures to help protect employees, visitors, equipment, and company assets overnight.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
