About the role
- The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of NinjaHoldings.
- This person will be responsible for driving the initiatives that directly impact key business goals such as loan volume growth and portfolio performance.
- They will also be responsible for prioritizing the roadmap for the Risk team and determining what best meets the business goals while ensuring essential "business as usual" work is not forgotten.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize strategic projects in partnership with the Risk team, ensuring alignment with key business outcomes.
- Support the technical design and implementation of decisioning models and platforms, working closely with Risk, Engineering and other PMs.
