Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 45 hours per week.

Outcomes You'll Deliver:
You set the stage with such precision that your team can step in and deliver a seamless, high-impact experience every time.
You'll track the pulse of your service through feedback and data, helping demonstrate that our hospitality-first approach delivers measurable impact.

1+ years experience managing at least one full-time direct report
Proven experience owning operational standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume or high-touch environments.
Customer & Community Focus: You have a natural ability to "read the room" and anticipate needs before they are voiced.
Seamless Operational Execution: You are a master of the details.
You know how to assess what is realistically possible, ensuring projects align with your team's actual budget, logistics, and capacity, while still going above and beyond to wow your members.
Schedule flexibility is required to cover peak hours, typically between 7 AM-3 PM or 10 AM-6 PM.

$80,000 - $87,000 + 40% commission on all training sessions and up to a $4k annual performance bonus.
