  • Outcomes You'll Deliver:

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience managing at least one full-time direct report
  • Proven experience owning operational standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume or high-touch environments.
  • Customer & Community Focus: You have a natural ability to "read the room" and anticipate needs before they are voiced.
  • Seamless Operational Execution: You are a master of the details.
  • You know how to assess what is realistically possible, ensuring projects align with your team's actual budget, logistics, and capacity, while still going above and beyond to wow your members.
  • Schedule flexibility is required to cover peak hours, typically between 7 AM-3 PM or 10 AM-6 PM.

Compensation

  • $80,000 - $87,000 + 40% commission on all training sessions and up to a $4k annual performance bonus.
