About the role

- Supporting the Field Department Field fellows will work with their respective field staff to engage in grassroots outreach with an emphasis on campaign-style election mobilization.

- Equality Florida's Field Department aims to mobilize strong grassroots support to build local actions supporting pro-equality policies and opposing policy harming the pro-equality community.
- Identify progressive/LGBTQ events in the area to increase visibility Train and recruit volunteers Collect stories and build relationships with the community Mobilize Equality Florida's membership to attend field events Participate in and manage field events with the Field Organizer
