The Field Department is responsible for the statewide elections program, pride outreach, data analysis and input, and grassroots mobilization for statewide actions.
Supporting the Field Department Field fellows will work with their respective field staff to engage in grassroots outreach with an emphasis on campaign-style election mobilization.

Equality Florida's Field Department aims to mobilize strong grassroots support to build local actions supporting pro-equality policies and opposing policy harming the pro-equality community.

We are hiring applicants in Sarasota.
The pay for this position is $15/hour or $18/hour for South FL applicants.
The Community Organizing Fellows are expected to begin 7/27 and end on 11/13.
We will be hiring 1 fellow for this Community Organizing Fellowship Cohort, located in Sarasota.
