About the role
- Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
- Southern Georgian Bay, on the traditional territory of the Anishinabek Nation:
- The People of the Three Fires known as Ojibway, Odawa, and Pottawatomie Nations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, execute and document a comprehensive training plan for the department.
- Assist Administrator Supervisor to provide daily support of all Snow School employees; ensure the accuracy and timeliness of Payroll, support point of sale development and product management and monitoring schedules.
- Develop & maintain strong, positive working relationships with all Blue Mountain departments; specifically, Guest Services & Rentals, Group Services, Grooming & Snowmaking, Lift Operations, and Food & Beverage.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years people management experience required.
