About the role

As an Associate Advanced, Production Operations, you will play a key role in supporting daily card production operations while serving as a trusted resource for associates and shift leadership.
You will help ensure production activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and operational procedures.
Success is measured by operational excellence, team readiness, quality outcomes, and the achievement of production goals.

This role combines hands-on production responsibilities with leadership support activities including training, testing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support shift management by serving as a lead resource for production associates during daily operations.
Create, maintain, and update operational documentation, work instructions, and process guides.
Troubleshoot routine equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

Experience working in a production, manufacturing, operations, or processing environment.
Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials and perform repetitive tasks as required.

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization practices.
Experience creating work instructions, standard operating procedures, or training materials.
Familiarity with production performance metrics and reporting tools.
Experience working in a highly regulated, quality-driven production environment.
