About the role
- As an Associate Advanced, Production Operations, you will play a key role in supporting daily card production operations while serving as a trusted resource for associates and shift leadership.
- You will help ensure production activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and operational procedures.
- Success is measured by operational excellence, team readiness, quality outcomes, and the achievement of production goals.
Responsibilities
- This role combines hands-on production responsibilities with leadership support activities including training, testing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support shift management by serving as a lead resource for production associates during daily operations.
- Create, maintain, and update operational documentation, work instructions, and process guides.
- Troubleshoot routine equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
Requirements
- Experience working in a production, manufacturing, operations, or processing environment.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials and perform repetitive tasks as required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization practices.
- Experience creating work instructions, standard operating procedures, or training materials.
- Familiarity with production performance metrics and reporting tools.
- Experience working in a highly regulated, quality-driven production environment.
