About the role

  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities while driving projects from initiation through completion.
  • 3-5 years of operations, project coordination, or business operations experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, workflows, and process maps.
  • Support leadership with operational planning and special projects.
  • Technical Team Collaboration Partner with Technical teams to coordinate system implementations, enhancements, and vendor integrations.
  • Support rollout of new tools and operational systems.
  • Procurement Partnership Collaborate with Procurement to monitor inventory planning, vendor performance, purchasing timelines, and operational needs.
  • About the Role The Operations Coordinator serves as a key operational partner supporting cross-functional initiatives across Operations, IT, and Procurement teams.
  • This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • This individual will help support technology implementations, oversee vendor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

  • Preferred Experience working with technical or software development teams.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Experience using project management platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

  • $65,000-85,000/year
