About the role

  • - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • - 4 years of experience in procurement, change management, communications, or learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the human side of major Procurement and Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Identify areas to operationalize organizational change management activities across projects, and propose and implement improvements to enable efficiency and scale.
  • Drive continuous improvement of change management activities based on data-driven insights.
  • Design integrated communication and training frameworks, mitigate deployment risks, and leverage readiness data to ensure sustainable, long-term user adoption across global teams.
  • Drive the human side of major Procurement and Finance transformation initiatives. Take full accountability for the end-to-end change management life-cycle.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing change management models and deploying systems across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for new products, functions, or teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in data visualizations and data tools (e.g., business intelligence platform, Google Sheets, dashboards etc).
  • The name Google came from "googol," a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros.
  • And nobody at Google loves big numbers like the Finance team when providing in depth analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across Google products.
  • Take full accountability for the end-to-end change management life-cycle.
  • Keep a user-focused lens on every transformation project.
