Responsibilities
- Confidently lead a team through the completion of a bid process under pressure; mentor and train junior estimating staff
- Assemble accurate, timely and well-organized estimates, including hard-bid, construction management and design-build
- Monitor the success of a project, noting potential challenges and building relationships with sub-trades for future opportunities
- Maintain databases, including labour rates, material pricing, and project costs, for future reference
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ICI estimating or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
Compensation
- The salary range for this is $150,000 - $180,000
