About the role
- This HYBRID role (3 days onsite) involves regular travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays, giving you real visibility and impact on the frontline.

Responsibilities
- You'll partner closely with hourly field service and operations teams and their leaders, building engagement, strengthening culture and ensuring robust compliance with labor laws and wage and hour regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Law, Psychology, or Organizational Development.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, wage and hour compliance, and employment regulations relevant to hourly and non-exempt employees.
- Experience partnering with operations and field service leadership to provide proactive HR guidance and workforce planning.
Nice to have
- Preferred experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
- willingness to learn if not currently proficient.
Compensation
- $109k-$121k
