Responsibilities

- Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems (e.g., Okta Workflows, Serval, Zapier, PowerShell/Python, APIs) and serve as SME for SaaS integrations across Okta, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Slack, and Azure/AWS.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, distributed environment - you manage your own priorities, communicate proactively, and know when to escalate.
- Diversity drives innovation, enables better decisions to support our customers, and inspires change for the better.
- We're building a culture where differences are valued and welcomed, and we work together to bring out the best in each other.
Requirements
- Hands-on, production experience with AWS (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar, basic networking, tagging/governance) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.

Nice to have
- Experience with Jamf (macOS), Intune (Windows/mobile), and/or device posture tooling such as Kolide or similar.
