The OU Engineering Lead is responsible for leading engineering activities across an assigned operating unit and supporting operational performance, manufacturing readiness, reliability improvement, and adoption of enterprise engineering standards across manufacturing sites.
This role provides day-to-day engineering leadership across plant engineering teams within the operating unit and partners with Plant Operations, Capital Project Engineering, and Center of Excellence teams to improve operational performance, support technical issue resolution, and drive engineering standardization across manufacturing operations.
