About the role
- T1 Energy is seeking an experienced IQA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.
- Reporting to the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be the primary technical owner for incoming raw material quality, ensuring every component entering our supply chain meets T1 Energy's strict specifications before it reaches the production floor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and support incoming inspections for raw materials, components, and production supplies.
- Review material specifications, drawings, certificates, and supplier quality documents.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and material quality documentation.
- Supplier Quality Support
- Support supplier corrective actions and follow up on issue closure.
- Support NCR and MRB processes for incoming material non-conformances.
- Provide inspection data and quality records to support material disposition decisions.
- Material Qualification & Production Support
- Support new material qualification, material changes, and trial production activities.
- Partner with Engineering and Production to evaluate material performance.
Requirements
- Familiarity with supplier quality, NCR, MRB, and CAPA processes.
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools and measurement methods.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field required.
- 3-5 years of quality engineering, supplier quality, or incoming quality experience in a

- Experience with incoming inspection, supplier quality issues, NCR/MRB, and CAPA
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, quality records, and manufacturing quality systems.
