Responsibilities
- Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including finance, compliance, and operations - to streamline deal execution and mitigate risk.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions, ideally combining both law firm and in-house experience.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 USD annually.
- In addition to base salary, this role includes equity compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
- This position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, with a preference for those on the East Coast.
