Responsibilities
- Precisely inspects, stages, weighs, and mixes ingredients according to the product recipes. Collaborates with the Quality Department on the analytical results and makes modifications or adjustments to the batches when needed (i.e., Brix, Acid, pH, color).
- Accurately documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations.
- Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers (CIPs, foaming equipment, and hand brushing).
- Maintains general housekeeping and quality in all warehouse areas, including any additional areas assigned by leadership.
- Collaborates with the Quality Department on the analytical results and makes modifications or adjustments to the batches when needed (i.e., Brix, Acid, pH, color).

Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Ability to visually inspect products and materials.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments.
- Assists in other areas as required by leadership.

- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar position; 1-3 years of experience preferred in the Food or Beverage industry or similar manufacturing environment; 1 year of experience managing projects.
- Forklift experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Safety, continuous improvement, and solutions-driven mindset.
Nice to have

- 1-3 years of experience preferred in the Food or Beverage industry or similar manufacturing environment
- 1 year of experience managing projects.
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or canning industries preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
Compensation
- Base Compensation Hourly Range: $27/$2.00 night shift differential
