Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, filters, and fluid services.
  • Perform multi-point inspections and document recommended maintenance or repairs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following dealership and manufacturer procedures.
  • Perform maintenance and light-to-medium mechanical repairs independently.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Skills

  • Work at a high-volume Ford dealership with a flow of customer-pay and warranty repair work.
  • Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.

Compensation

  • Total Rewards The California Flat Rate pay range for this position is $16.90 - $36.00.
  • This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity.
  • Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
