- Trinity is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Analytics organization with a focus on delivering data and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
- This role blends strong client engagement, analytics execution, and practical application of AI (including GenAI and LLM-based approaches) across commercial use cases.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with team members on Analytics projects to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients.
- Coordinates with consultants and clients to identify business needs and develop customized solutions; educates and trains other team members on methodology.
- Develops and implements analytics and AI-driven approaches to forecasting, sales analytics, omnichannel measurement, and data science.
- Participates in recruiting efforts as well as organizing training and mentorship support to junior staff.
- Creates and manage client proposals and presentations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Education
- Quantitative or life‑sciences‑related fields preferred (e.g., health sciences, analytics, engineering, economics, statistics, marketing).
- Work Experience

- Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology‑enabled solutions is preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
- Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Trinity's salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills

A reasonable estimate of the current minimum of the base salary range is $140,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
