- Trinity is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Analytics organization with a focus on delivering data and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
- This role blends strong client engagement, analytics execution, and practical application of AI (including GenAI and LLM-based approaches) across commercial use cases.
Responsibilities
- Independently drive the design and implementation of these solutions/analytics for life sciences clients, maintaining excellent quality while navigating multiple concurrent workstreams
- Mentor and train junior staff members, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to internal development and growth of innovative capabilities
Requirements
- Education
- Quantitative or life‑sciences‑related fields preferred (e.g., health sciences, analytics, engineering, economics, statistics, marketing).
- Work Experience

- Identifies key insights from complex data outputs and directly links them to the strategic implications for our clients' business
- Bachelor's degree required

- 3-5 years of experience in life sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields.
- Experience with commercial pharma datasets, advanced analytics applications, omnichannel measurement, marketing analytics, or technology‑enabled solutions is preferred.
Skills
- Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
- Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and life sciences real-world data
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

A reasonable estimate of the current minimum of the base salary range is $140,000. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
