Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid marketing programs across social, search, and display channels
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies that target enterprise accounts
- Partner with sales to support long enterprise sales cycles
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid media with brand, content, and lifecycle initiatives
- Set up and optimize targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
- Fertility and family planning support

Requirements
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how paid media supports them
- Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and others)
