As an Auto Insurance Trainee, you'll play a key role in driving business success.

We provide full training and support to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days.
You'll actively sell insurance solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory

Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Level 1 Insurance License is an asset-but not required
