The base salary range for this full-time position is $100/hour - $120/hour.

Review, redline, and negotiate inbound agreements from suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, service providers, and third-party logistics partners.
Provide general commercial contracting support as needed in a fast-paced and growing biotechnology environment.

Alamar Biosciences is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Counsel to provide part-time support for commercial contracting activities related to customer sales agreements, supplier relationships, and operational partnerships.
This consultant will partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to review, draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements supporting the company's biotechnology business.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Active bar membership is not required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Demonstrated experience with sales, procurement, supplier, and service agreements.
Strong understanding of commercial contracting principles, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Familiarity with intellectual property, supply chain, and customer contracting issues common within the biotech industry.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience supporting biotechnology, life sciences, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare companies.
Prior experience in an in-house legal, commercial counsel, contracts management, or procurement legal support role.
