About the role
- We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist II to join the Product Development team supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and ongoing product development efforts.
- This role is hands-on in the lab, with a strong emphasis on supporting lyophilization development, reagent characterization, and QC testing.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in executing experiments, generating high-quality data, and supporting the development of robust, manufacturable products.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed and organized laboratory records
- Support development and optimization of lyophilized reagent formulations and processes
- Support verification and validation (V&V) studies under guidance and established protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, QC, and Quality
- Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience with basic assay techniques such as immunoassays or molecular biology methods
- B.S. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 2 + years of relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience executing laboratory experiments in a biotech or life sciences setting
- Strong attention to detail and a bility to perform routine laboratory tasks with consistency and accuracy to generate high-quality, reproducible data
