  • Facility Asset Management provides construction project management services and long-term facility planning for the Disneyland Resort.
  • Field Superintendents are the on-site leaders who bring Disney's construction plans to life with precision, safety, and show-quality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Field Support: Assist site superintendents in coordinating and implementing construction activities.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.
  • Strong interest in the construction industry and a desire to learn and develop practical skills.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship​

Skills

  • Prior related work experience, including co-op/intern programs with a focus on construction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction principles, techniques, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in using construction software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (Note: Please, no rounding) as shown on the current transcript.
  • Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
  • Be at least 18 years of age​
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization​
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Compensation

  • The pay rate for this role as an undergraduate in CA is $31.00 /hr.
  • The pay rate for this role as a graduate student in CA is $36.00/hr.
