Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program • Active Arizona optometry license • Experience with geriatric populations preferred • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills • Comfortable working in a mobile, multi-location setting
Nice to have
- 2-6 days per month, Tuesday through Friday availability preferred

Compensation
- Compensation: $1,100 per visit
