Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program • Active Arizona optometry license • Experience with geriatric populations preferred • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills • Comfortable working in a mobile, multi-location setting

Compensation

  • Compensation: $1,100 per visit
