About the role
- You'll be responsible for teaching our robot how to do a perfectly execute a task by leveraging our broad network of robot pilots.
- We're looking for someone with exceptional critical thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and experience managing international resources.
- You should be equally comfortable discussing data artifacts with our researchers, with short notice global travel, and rolling up your sleeves for late-night performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Work with our Southeast Asia team to implement organizational structure improvements
- Partner with the engineering team to turn performance findings into hardware and software changes

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in working with off-shore resources (CSR, moderation, data annotation etc.) at a consulting firm or technology company
