Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for the accounting functions of the Student Accounts department, as well as the troubleshooting, testing, reporting, security and ongoing support of Student Accounts ERP systems.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
  • Experience working in higher education or a similar complex organizational environment.
  • Experience with financial system testing or business process configuration.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and responding professionally to student account inquiries.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve issues in a professional, timely, and service-oriented manner.
  • Experience with Workday Student or other higher education billing systems.
  • Experience with student accounts receivable, loan accounting, financial reporting, or reconciliations.
  • Experience developing financial reports and utilizing reporting tools.

Compensation

  • Salary Range $55,000-$75,000; commensurate with experience
