Maintain strong customer relationships while communicating regularly with carriers to promote Trinity's services and tools.
Manage and coordinate daily shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and tracing from origin to destination.
Negotiate and confirm competitive rates with carrier partners.
Update and maintain all shipment activity within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
Proactively identify potential issues and implement swift, effective solutions.
Team Members may be asked to perform other job-related duties as needed.

Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to cultivate strong carrier relationships.
Supportive leadership and proven logistics tools
Team Members regularly communicate in person and by phone and may be required to stand, walk, and use hands and arms to handle and lift objects up to 10 pounds.

1-3 years of transportation or logistics experience preferred.
Associate's degree in Business Management or Logistics preferred, but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
