Requirements
- Criminal background checks and drug/alcohol checks are required.
Nice to have
- Model airside ductwork, air terminals, and equipment.
- Model waterside piping, pumps, terminal and main equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university and 3 or more years of relevant experience is preferred
- Or a minimum of 5 years of relevant design experience without a degree is required.
- Master's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, or similar discipline, can substitute up to 1 year of work experience.
- Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in engineering design, AEC industry, codes and standards is required.
- Completion of Fundamentals of Engineering Examination (FE) and certification as an Engineering in Training (EIT) with a state licensure board is preferred.
- Computer skills necessary to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.
