About the role

  • We connect brands with global markets, crafting high-impact experiences through a blend of creativity and data on screen, in-game and beyond.
  • Pay Range $80,000 - $80,000 USD Disclosures: In order to adjust to changes in our business, it may become necessary to add, remove or modify certain duties and responsibilities, or to reassign you to another job position.
  • From time to time you may be asked to work on special projects or to assist with other work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS systems.
  • Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
  • Document support procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks.
  • Support cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on internal tools and integrations.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable lifting and carrying 40-60 lbs and performing other physical duties as required.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and workflow improvement.

  • $80,000 - $80,000 USD
