About the role
- In business since 1947, Canadian Helicopters is Canada's largest helicopter operator with over 20 locations across the country and a fleet of over 100 single and multi-engine aircraft.
- We currently have a career opportunity for a Supervisory Base Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Iqaluit, NU.
Nice to have
- Ensure that maintenance activities at the base are performed in accordance with the duties and responsibilities outlined in the Company's Maintenance Control and Policy Manual.
- Ensure the base maintenance facilities are maintained cleaned and organized.
- Must hold a valid Transport Canada M1 or M2 AME Licence with Bell 212/412 ACA.
- Minimum of 3 years of Bell 212/412 experience is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Reliability Status security clearance.
- Based in Iqaluit but will be required to travel with the aircraft from time to time.
- Must hold the authorization to work in Canada. (This position is not available for sponsorship).
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and leadership skills.
