About the role

  • We're on the hunt for a Physical Security Technician, an individual with a blend of enthusiasm and expertise, ready to tackle challenges in IP/CCTV Surveillance, Access Control Systems, and Intercom systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with team members and management, contributing to the collective success of our installation projects.
  • Professional Attributes: Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated experience with security systems and equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in various physical environments.
  • Experience & Skillset: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in security system installations and maintenance, with a solid grasp of IP/CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that's able to accommodate a 6' ladder (Company vehicles are limited and currently not immediately available
  • however, they can be requested and will be allocated based on a waitlist system.)

Nice to have

  • Relevant Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional customer service demeanor.
