About the role

Requirements

  • You have a BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent coursework.
  • You have experience and proficiency in coding in a language such as C, C++, C#, Java, Python, Javascript, Go or Rust.
  • You have practical experience with AI/ML-powered systems such as retrieval pipelines, semantic search features, agentic pipelines, document classification systems, or LLM-integrated features.
  • You have work experience with AI development tools like Cursor and Claude Code, accelerating your planning, coding, and testing of production features.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience leading or coordinating multi-developer efforts, including planning and technical breakdown.
  • You are familiar with MySQL, Postgres
  • You are familiar with vector or graph databases
  • You are familiar with LLMOps
  • If you have deeper experience in areas like RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, or large-scale retrieval pipelines, there will be plenty of opportunities to lean into that expertise.

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this role is between $173,000 - $251,000.
  • The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills.
  • The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
