- Job Description Summary: This position is a full-time, night shift LPN position on the Med Surg/Oncology Unit.
- 3 12-hour shifts per week with a weekend and holiday rotation.
Responsibilities
- Collects and documents initial and ongoing subjective and objective data from patients, significant others, and communities.
- 25% Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs including: age, size, and development stage.
- Carries out and documents interventions to assist patient/community to achieve expected outcomes.
- Communicates and participates appropriately in staff meetings, and collaborates with providers.
- Manages resources including personnel, supplies and equipment to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
- We work hard, care deeply and reach further to help people uncover their own power to be healthy.
Requirements
- High School or GED (Required)BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing
