About the role
- This role requires skill in measuring, cutting, and installing formwork, as well as placing and finishing concrete.
- The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, working with hand and power tools, and following safety protocols on commercial construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform layout and measurement work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt
Requirements
- Must hold a current Journeyman Carpenter license/certificate (if required by the applicable state, city or county)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a journeyman carpenter or similar role
- Place embedded materials such as anchor bolts, rebar, or sleeves as required.
Compensation
- $33.00 - $35.00 Hourly Rate
