Requirements
- The successful candidate will be a senior finance transformation leader with a track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
- The individual should combine financial expertise, strategic thinking, executive communication strength, and hands-on leadership in process, systems, and data-enabled environments.
- Experience and Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in finance, consulting, transformation, FP&A, business intelligence, or finance systems roles, with significant leadership responsibility.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, accounting, reporting, analytics, and the control environment within a complex business.
- Experience implementing or scaling intelligent automation, BI, advanced analytics, or AI-enabled finance use cases.
- Ability to operate as both strategic architect and practical execution leader.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or other advanced qualification preferred.
- familiarity with S/4HANA, planning/reporting platforms, analytics, and automation tools strongly preferred.
- Preferred Capability
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, analytics, or a related field required
- Experience working within SAP-based finance environments
Compensation
- The anticipated base salary for this position is $240,000-$290,000.
