Seamless Service: Provide continuous support from quote to sale to ensure a seamless client experience within set timelines.
Operational Improvement: Recommend operational changes to our processes to support further improvement of the overall customer experience.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you'll act as the first point of contact with new prospects with the goal of making them new clients.

Exceptional Organization: You have strong prioritization skills and demonstrated flexibility in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and tasks simultaneously.

You hold a valid broker license for your province and have 1+ years of P&C experience.
Previous commercial broking experience is strongly preferred.
