About the role

- Delivering projects: Successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
Nice to have
- Ability to travel to the San Francisco office 4 days a week and project sites with occasional travel to Silicon Valley
- Commercial interiors construction experience.
- Proficiency in MS Project or other Gantt chart scheduling tools.
- Experience managing cost reports, budgets, and Architectural and Construction management contracts.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies used in project management.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
- 120,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD per year
- This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
- Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
