Responsibilities

  • As a Strategic Sourcing Consultant, you will play a key role in driving procurement strategies that deliver value, reduce risk, and support business objectives across the organization.
  • You will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and partner closely with executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to develop and implement effective, business-focused solutions.
  • Lead and execute complex RFX's (RFI, RFQ, RFP) - including needs assessment, information gathering, stakeholder discussions, drafting of RFX's, vendor research, vendor negotiations, analysis and presentation of results.
  • Work hand in hand with stakeholders, vendors and legal counsel to draft, negotiate and manage contracts (master agreements, license agreements, SOW's etc.) for complex related products and services.
  • Build robust working relationships with business partners in order to create alignment concerning sourcing strategies and procurement process for products & services.
  • Manage key vendor relationships to ensure business needs are being met and ensuring competitive, sustainable solutions to the business.
  • Be counted on as a leader among peers by helping drive initiatives, supporting team collaboration, and bringing a positive, solutions-focused approach to the group.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Compensation

  • $109,500.00 - $146,200.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
