About the role

Surespan is seeking Bridgeman for various constructions projects across BC.
These are all full time, permanent positions for the right candidates and provide strong opportunities for growth and stability.

Minimum 2 year construction labour experience
Proven history of safe practice working on construction sites and around heavy-duty equipment
Willingness and ability to perform the required tasks (lifting, carrying, moving materials up to 50lbs.)
Familiarity with a wide range of hand tools, power tools, heavy-duty machinery, and equipment
Working with the site superintendent and foreman to receive and complete tasks required
Good work ethic and attitude towards hard work and long hours
Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye to identify issues or problems before they arise
A desire to build and grow your career within a well-establish organization across western Canada.
Willingness to travel
Benefits:
Typical working rotation is 21 days on with 7 days off
Overtime pays - Accommodation and LOA for candidates that are over 50km from the jobsite
