About the role
- Last Energy seeks an engineering Technical Program Manager to manage complex hardware development projects and create an achievable schedule and project plans. This candidate will make decisions in the face of uncertainty, accurately communicate risk, and proactively escalate issues to their cross-functional partners and engineering leadership. This
- candidate will also empower cross-functional teams to overcome roadblocks and deliver new projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Successfully execute the system project plan and support bringing the product to market on time with appropriate trade-offs made
- Identify and evaluate technical risks and drive mitigation strategies cross-functionally to de-risk the project continuously
- Engaging with outside resources for technical support i.e. vendors, supply chain lead times
