About the role

  • This role is responsible for managing the full event lifecycle-from planning and budgeting to execution and post-event evaluation-for conferences, trade shows, leadership meetings, client events, and associate engagement programs.
  • The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering seamless, high-impact events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all event logistics, including venues, registration, vendors, travel, catering, audiovisual support, and event materials.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and business leaders to ensure events align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and project plans while ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of corporate event management experience, including conferences, trade shows, and executive meetings.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and event logistics.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Ability to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ​ Salary Range: 100,000.00 - 115,000.00 USD annual
