About the role
- Join Bosch Fleet Services as a Marketing & Brand Communications Specialist, where you'll help shape the brand across North America.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement B2B and partner marketing campaigns aligned with go to market strategies, including digital initiatives such as LinkedIn campaigns.
- Content Creation & Digital Media: Lead content creation efforts, transforming complex technologies into clear and compelling customer focused messaging while ensuring brand consistency across digital and print channels.
- Creative Design: Develop high quality designs for print, digital, video, and presentation materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other tools while following Bosch corporate branding and design standards.
- Advertising Campaigns: Create and manage multi channel campaigns, optimizing performance across web, social media, email, print channels, and events to increase engagement and reach target audiences.
- Partner Marketing: Collaborate with strategic partners to develop joint marketing initiatives, co branded materials, and coordinated trade show and event activities.
- Social Media & Digital Content: Develop social media content and communication timelines aligned with product launches, campaigns, and events. Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility across websites and social media platforms.
- Video Production: Create and edit engaging video content including product demonstrations, customer stories, event recaps, and brand storytelling.
- Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, event assets, and digital resources that support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Collaboration & Analysis: Work cross functionally with sales, product management, engineering teams, global stakeholders, external agencies, and marketing partners to strengthen brand positioning and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- General understanding of marketing communications, print production, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
- Must be able to travel domestically and support trade shows, conventions, and customer events.
Nice to have
- Experience planning and coordinating trade shows, conferences, and customer events, including logistics management.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, video editing tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Understanding of fleet management, telematics, mobility services, transportation, or related industries.
